Sages Cottage is a therapeutic farm for children who have been exposed to domestic abuse, family violence and neglect. Located in Baxter, Victoria, the farm aims to assist youths overcome issues that arise from such experiences through various programs including Animal Assisted Therapy.

Current Aims and Projects for Sages Cottage-EWB team

This year, together with the Melbourne University and RMIT chapters, Engineers Without Borders is working with Sages Cottage in the following projects:

• Sustainable Water Project, including collection of rain water and grey water for irrigation of the gardens
• Education
• Environmental awareness
